If you need water damage repair at your home or business in Greensboro, call us for emergency restoration services.

Water damage comes in many forms and happens for many reasons. It can be caused by a broken or frozen pipe, an overflowing sink or bathtub, a sewer backup, storm-related flooding from a thunderstorm or hurricane, or even the efforts of fire fighters trying to extinguish a fire. If you need water damage repair in or around Greensboro, North Carolina, give us a call here at Spangler Restoration. We have handled all sorts of water damage repair before, both commercially and in residential homes.

We know that water damage repair is much more than just getting rid of the excess water and removing the debris. When you call us for emergency water damage repair, we will jump into action. First, we must determine the cause of your water damage and stop more water from flowing into your property. Once the water has been stopped, we must start removing excess water and dehumidifying the space to prevent the growth of mold and mildew, which causes a whole other set of problems. Unfortunately, we must also prevent harm that can come from contact with gray or black water.

All of this must be dealt with before we can even start assessing the damage and making a plan for your water damage repair. Once our plan is in place, we can work with your insurance adjustor to come to an agreement about the scope of our restoration work. Only then can we start rebuilding and restoring your home or business to working order. Give us a call right away if you need water damage repair. We are standing by to help today

Spangler was a great pleasure to work with. Excellent work. Excellent service. You’ve heard the commercials on television that say fixed “like it never happened.” Well, thats how our damaged areas look. Just like it never happened.
Mickey and Donna Buford

The water heater expansion tank burst on Saturday morning. My insurance company contacted Spangler in Raleigh and Austin was there by early afternoon setting up dehumidifiers and air handlers on three floors. James came Monday morning to check the status, rearrange machines, and demo areas that were not drying. Without any assistance, he worked throughout the day and came by twice later in the week to make sure all was well. Austin came back on Friday removing the machines once my home was completely dried out. Both James and Austin were polite, professional, and helpful–especially when I didn’t even know the questions to ask.
