Brandy brings over seven years of Human Resources experience across manufacturing and construction environments, with a strong track record in talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Since joining Spangler Restoration in 2022, she has played an essential role in shaping the company’s culture, streamlining HR operations, and supporting growth through strategic people practices.

Originally from Georgia, Brandy has proudly called the Carolinas home since 2010. Her approach to HR is people-focused and results-driven, rooted in building strong teams and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. She thrives on the day-to-day challenges of her role and is passionate about making a lasting impact on the organization and its people.

Before Spangler, Brandy served in various HR leadership roles, including HR Manager at LAVA USA and Senior Staffing Supervisor at The Reserves Network. She has extensive experience supporting high-volume operations and is known for her adaptability, communication, and hands-on leadership style.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys reading, exploring new recipes, and spending quality time with her family. These personal passions help recharge her creativity and bring fresh perspective to her professional work.
