Dean brings over two decades of financial leadership and expertise to Spangler Restoration, where he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the company in 2015, he has played a pivotal role in transforming and modernizing its financial operations—from leading the migration from QuickBooks to PSA software and implementing a new budgeting process, to driving overhead analysis and rollout strategies across teams.

Promoted to Controller in 2017, Dean fine-tuned internal financial reporting and partnered closely with external audit firms to support the company’s rapid growth. By 2020, as CFO, he began integrating Power BI analytics for more dynamic P&L insights, reorganized capital structures to strengthen the company’s financial foundation, and ensured ongoing compliance with financial regulations and GAAP standards. In his role, he also monitors and manages company cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to support sustained operational and strategic growth.

Dean’s career spans notable roles including Financial Analyst at Continental Tire, where he was responsible for performance reporting, forecasting, and budget support, and Staff Accountant at Emagin Corporation, where he managed general ledger entries, reconciliations, and SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Pace University and is Master Certified in Microsoft Excel. When he’s not immersed in financial strategy, Dean enjoys spending his time on the golf course.
