Fredy is IICRC certified and highly proficient with industry-standard platforms including Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, Mitigate, MICA, and Fire N Ice. His experience includes successfully managing insurance program assignments through networks like Contractor Connection and Alacrity, ensuring strict compliance and high-quality outcomes.
