Jason Williams brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in construction, insurance claims, and restoration management to his role as CLT Structure Operations Manager at Spangler Restoration. Starting his career working for his father’s general contracting business, Jason gained hands-on experience in concrete and structural foundations—skills that laid the groundwork for his transition into insurance and restoration.
Jason became a licensed independent adjuster in 2007 and quickly built a strong reputation handling catastrophe claims across the country. He has worked on a wide range of disaster-related events including hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and hailstorms, developing deep expertise in property damage assessment and client relations. His credentials include HAAG Roof Inspector Certification, California Earthquake Adjuster Certification, FEMA/NFIP Flood Certification, and Level 2 Xactimate Certification, positioning him as a technical leader in industry-standard estimating and claims evaluation.
From 2012 – 2018, Jason served as a field adjuster with a major insurance carrier, handling complex claims across residential, commercial, liability, and construction defect lines. He was frequently involved in high-value negotiations, mediations, and legal settlements. In 2018, he transitioned into the role of Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Fraud Investigator, overseeing fraud investigations across NC, SC, and VA. During this time, he built strong relationships with the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) and IASIU, conducting field interviews, digital investigations, and preparing detailed case reports for prosecution.
Jason joined Spangler Restoration in July 2021 as an estimator and was promoted to Operations Manager in September 2023, where he now leads structural repair operations in the Charlotte market. His unique blend of field experience, investigative insight, and insurance expertise makes him a trusted leader in delivering quality restoration outcomes with precision and integrity.
