With over two decades of experience in insurance claims, project management, and emergency restoration services, Justin brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to his role as Western NC Regional Operations Manager at Spangler Restoration. Since joining the company in 2021, Justin has played a vital role in estimating, managing, and executing structural repairs across residential and commercial properties, including water damage, mold remediation and emergency response work.

Before transitioning into restoration, Justin spent 20 years with Nationwide as a Material Damage Specialist and Adjuster, where he gained extensive experience in property loss assessment, insurance negotiations, and customer advocacy. This background gives him a unique edge in navigating complex insurance restoration projects with both efficiency and empathy.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Fair Grove Fire Department, demonstrating his commitment to public safety and community leadership.

His hands-on approach, combined with strategic insight, continues to elevate the quality and responsiveness of Spangler Restoration’s operations in the Kernersville and greater North Carolina region.
