Known for a people-first approach, Michelle has built a loyal network of insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers by combining industry knowledge with a commitment to delivering timely solutions. In addition to managing continuing education classes and customer events, she collaborates closely with operations teams to improve processes and elevate the overall client experience.

Michelle also holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, reinforcing her technical credibility within the restoration industry.
Prior to joining Spangler, Michelle held key business development and marketing roles at Servpro of South Cabarrus County, Primedia’s New Home Guide Magazine, and Beazer Homes, where she managed large-scale marketing budgets, launched new communities, and supported national production teams.
