Miguel serves as Chief Planning Officer at SpangleR, an executive role created to strengthen the company’s position as a leading commercial and large-loss contender in the Southeast market. 

Figueroa is a U.S. Army National Guard veteran and accomplished restoration leader with over 25 years of experience spanning growth master planning, architecture, construction, and restoration. Widely respected for his leadership and industry relationships, he has held senior roles including Field Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Throughout his career, Figueroa has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive organizational growth, mentor emerging leaders, spearhead executive-level sales initiatives, and lead national market expansions in regions such as Dallas–Fort Worth and Southern California. He has guided major company reinvention efforts and championed customer-centric cultural transformations.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology from Fayetteville Technical Community College and maintained a North Carolina general contractor (building) license from 1997 to 2009. He is also CICTI-CCHM Certified Healthcare Manager, and IICRC-certified in WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, and CCT. A multi-year President’s Club Award recipient, Figueroa earned this recognition during his tenure with one of the fastest-growing national restoration firms in the industry.
