Pete Demorest serves as Vice President of SpangleR Restoration’s Raleigh-Durham (RDU) office, bringing over two decades of restoration and operational leadership experience to the organization. With a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering consistent results, Pete plays a key role in advancing SpangleR’s mission of becoming a Best-in-Class restoration company.
Prior to joining SpangleR, Pete spent more than 12 years leading operations in the Raleigh market as a Branch Manager, where he was instrumental in expanding market presence, strengthening team performance, and delivering high-quality restoration services across both residential and commercial projects. His career began in hands-on roles as an Estimator and Project Manager, providing him with a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, from emergency response through reconstruction which continues to inform his operational leadership today.
In addition to his restoration experience, Pete brings a unique perspective shaped by his background in athletics and leadership development. He previously served as Defensive Coordinator for Football and Assistant Athletic Director for Event Management at Taylor University, where he developed strong expertise in team building, accountability, and performance-driven leadership.
As Vice President, Pete is responsible for driving operational performance and profitability, enhancing customer experience, developing leaders within the organization, and expanding SpangleR’s presence throughout the RDU market. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, alignment, and execution ensuring teams operate with clarity and purpose while delivering exceptional results for clients and partners.
Pete holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Taylor University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
