Raleigh-Durham, NC: SpangleR Restoration is proud to announce the hiring of Chad Kuehn as Project Director for its Raleigh-Durham (RDU) location. In this newly established leadership role, Chad will oversee turnkey restoration and insurance program operations throughout the region, strengthening execution, compliance, and financial performance.

This position mirrors the strategic intent of the Project Executive role within commercial verticals but is purpose-built to continue to elevate SpangleR’s residential and insurance program platform in Raleigh.

Chad brings more than two decades of construction, insurance, and restoration leadership experience. Most recently serving as Residential Project Director at a national brand out of Raleigh, he was the top-performing Residential Project Director for the past three years in both production and profit margins. During his tenure, he earned multiple Top Performer awards through Contractor Connection while consistently achieving strong sales growth, margin performance, and AR collection results.

Chad has extensive experience leading residential insurance program projects from scope through closeout, with strong expertise in Xactimate and Symbility estimating, financial accountability, and lifecycle execution. He is highly proficient in key industry platforms and excels at driving timely, margin-focused project performance.

Prior to the national brand, Chad served as a top-producing Estimator and Team Leader at a regional restoration company, where he led insurance-driven mitigation and reconstruction projects through Nexxus Solutions and Contractor Connection programs. Earlier in his career, he operated as a custom homebuilder and held a General Contractor license, supervising large-scale residential construction projects and managing full project lifecycles from design through completion.

As Project Director, Chad will lead residential insurance program growth, ensure strong margin and billing discipline, strengthen carrier relationships, coach teams on execution, and reduce escalations through proactive leadership.
