Matt brings nearly two decades of experience spanning insurance claims, property evaluation, and large-scale restoration leadership. His background uniquely positions him to bridge the gap between carriers, commercial property stakeholders, and operational execution; a critical component of SpangleR’s 2026 commercial growth strategy.

In his new role, Matt will oversee commercial client relationships, project execution, and financial performance across mitigation, reconstruction, and roofing projects. As Project Executive, he will serve as a senior commercial leader responsible for strengthening institutional partnerships, improving margin discipline, and delivering best-in-class project outcomes for commercial property owners, asset managers, consultants, and carrier partners.

Matt most recently served as an Insurance- Key Accounts Manager for a national brand, where he supported commercial and insurance program clients. Prior to that, he spent over seven years with Selective Insurance as a Property Examiner and Reinspector, following nearly a decade with Travelers in progressive roles including Property Technical Specialist and Property Claims Adjuster. His deep understanding of carrier expectations, documentation standards, and complex loss evaluation provides a strategic advantage for SpangleR’s commercial clients.
