Raleigh-Durham, NC: SpangleR Restoration is proud to announce the hiring of Pete Demorest as Vice President of the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) office, further strengthening the company’s leadership team and commitment to operational excellence across North Carolina.

Pete brings over two decades of restoration and leadership experience, most recently serving as Branch Manager at Jenkins Restorations, where he led operations in the Raleigh market for more than 12 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving consistent growth, building strong teams, and delivering high-quality restoration services across residential and commercial projects.

His career foundation includes hands-on experience as an Estimator and Project Manager, giving him a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, from emergency response through reconstruction. This technical expertise, combined with his operational leadership, positions him to immediately impact SpangleR’s continued growth in the RDU market.

In addition to his restoration background, Pete brings a unique leadership perspective shaped by his time at Taylor University, where he served as Defensive Coordinator for Football and Assistant Athletic Director for Event Management. His experience in team development, performance accountability, and organizational leadership translates directly into building high-performing teams within SpangleR.

Pete holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Taylor University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University.

In his role as Vice President, Pete will be responsible for:
